My name is Scott González and I am a full-stack web application developer living in Raleigh, North Carolina. I have been contributing to jQuery since 2007 and am currently the development lead for jQuery UI, jQuery's official user interface library. I'm also active in the node.js and WHATWG communities.

I speak at various conferences, co-authored the jQuery Cookbook published by O'Reilly, and have written articles for jsmag. I also publish tutorials on nemikor.com, my personal blog about development.
